Return Policy

The Dclutter's Return and Exchange Policy allows you to exchange items purchased within 7 days for any reason. You are welcome to try on products, but please ensure they remain unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. If your item has a Seal Tag, it must remain attached and undamaged to avoid any issues during the exchange process.

You can return the product to us via:

Self-Ship: If a pick-up service is unavailable in your area, you can ship the item back to us. We will reimburse the shipping costs as Dclutter credits, provided the return meets our policy and you share a scanned copy of the courier receipt with us.

Please note the following:

• Products can only be exchanged, not returned. To start an exchange, please contact us at thedclutter@gmail.com.

• Non-returnable products or categories are not eligible for exchange.

• Dclutter will not be responsible for products returned by mistake. If an extra or incorrect product is sent, we will not be liable for its return or replacement.

Upon successful completion of the exchange, we will initiate the refund and credit the amount to your bank account within 7 working days.
