Those accessing the Site from outside India are responsible for complying with local laws if applicable. thedclutter.com only delivers products within India and is not responsible for any claims related to products ordered from outside the country.

Unless product-specific terms and conditions apply, these terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, agreements, or understandings and take precedence over any conflicting terms of any order submitted. 2.Ensure that you maintain and promptly update your Registration Data to keep it accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any false, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information, or if thedclutter.com has reasonable grounds to believe that the information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or violates the User Agreement, thedclutter.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership indefinitely and deny you access to the Site.
 

Pricing Information
While thedclutter.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, errors in pricing or typographical mistakes may occur. thedclutter.com cannot confirm the price of a product until after you place your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a pricing or product information error, thedclutter.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In cases of mispriced items, thedclutter.com may either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. Your offer will not be considered accepted until the product you ordered has been dispatched, and thedclutter.com retains the right to modify the product price and reach out to you for further instructions using the email address you provided during registration or to cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If thedclutter.com accepts your order, the payment will be debited from your credit card account, and you will be notified via email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed before the dispatch of the product you ordered. If we need to cancel the order after processing the payment, the amount will be refunded to your credit card account.

However, there may be instances where promotional prices and product offerings online do not match in-store prices. • Colors
  We have made every effort to display the colors of the products on the Site as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colors will be accurate.

• Images
  We strive to provide the most accurate images of every product listed; however, these images should be considered indicative only.

• Modification of Terms & Conditions of Service

It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms & Conditions on thedclutter.com. If you find the modified Terms & Conditions unacceptable, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service, you will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to abide by the modified Terms & Conditions of Use of the Site.

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings arising from this agreement. Any dispute or difference in interpretation or otherwise regarding any terms of this User Agreement shall be referred to an independent arbitrator appointed by Mahendra Technosoft Pvt Ltd, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties. The arbitration shall be conducted according to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time, in Mumbai, with English as the language of arbitration. The High Court of Judicature at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and Indian laws shall apply.
